But the big story does not stop there because since the beginning of 2019, Patrick Pailler is also a new Sweet Creations Chef of the Café Pouchkine.
At just 35, Patrick Pailler already has a rich experience, acquired at Fauchon where he was for four years the Pastry Chef after having climbed all the steps in 15 years. Everyone agrees that he is an outstanding master who embodies with respect and innovation the art of French pastry.

Being very inventive and demanding, Patrick Pailler ensures the smooth running of France laboratory and international development of the brand.
It is in a 700 m2 production laboratory located in Paris, surrounded by a brigade of 20 passionate pastry men, that Patrick Pailler gives life to the creations of Café Pouchkine and brings the menu to life according to the seasons.
