We believe that the protection of the environment is a shared concern, that’s why “Café Pouchkine” stands for sustainable agriculture, a more direct system of supplying, as well as a careful selection of suppliers, whether it is for fresh products or grocery...


Fresh eggs listed on the menu are delivered several times a week by the Mont St Père farm from Savigny en Braye. Our beef comes from Aubrac, poultry from Landes and soles from small fishing vessels.

To ensure high level of traceability and quality, Imperial Baeri and Oscietre caviars of Café Pouchkine are 100% French. Following this quest for authenticity, artisanal jams are made by Tea Together and the spread bears the signature of a world renowned pastry chef, Quentin Bailly…

We also undertake other environmental actions, such as packages recycling, proactively used in our parisian laboratories. Finally, our pastry packages are made in Europe with the use of paper from sustainable forests. Our candles are 100% French.
