Roast scallops, pumpkin and chicory, crushed hazelnuts

With his expertise, it is only natural that Andrei Dellos, restaurateur and gastronomy lover has called upon the multi-Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse to create a well-balanced menu of great quality. Produced by the teams of “Cafe Pouchkine” and DUCASSE Conseil, this menu offers an exquisite blend of Russian and French cuisines. Ceps and crawfish tart, deviled herring millefeuille or sturgeon in fine Aquitaine caviar are among our festives!

Open from breakfast to dinner, “Cafe Pouchkine” serves meals according to the time of the day: quick coffee to go, a drink on the terrace, business or family lunch, afternoon tea, dinner with friends or for two… Cafe is intended to be an affordable luxury venue.
The menu is a perfect example to that, as it features a choice of set menus and a wide selection of snacks.

Our classic Croque-Madame, green salad

Surprising and rich, sweet menu features more than thirty desserts (without counting the ice creams), and some of them are even prepared in front of you, such as French Toast or Suzette crêpes!

Sweet menu will change according seasons and Cafe Pouchkine patisserie creation chef Nina Métayer’s inspiration. Speaking of her, she has been elected as the best confectioner of 2016 by Le Chef magazine and as pastry chef of 2017 by Gault et Milau guide.
